Finally, the visibility - and the system to act on it.
Refill Insights™ is the organisation dashboard for HR and benefits leaders. It gathers everything the programme knows, turns it into an insight worth acting on, recommends the campaign.
You have utilisation reports. You don't have a system that acts.
One pattern, all the way through.
This is what the chain looks like when it runs on a real signal - from raw data to a number a CFO recognises.
Data
- Share of employees reporting sadness or loss of interest
- PHQ-9 severity distribution across the cohort
- Work Outcome Suite concentration and its linkage to absenteeism
Strategic insight
Recommended action
- Fast-track therapy pathways for the affected cohort
- Behavioural activation programs
- Manager mental health awareness training
Measurable outcome
- ↑Rising presenteeism cost
- ↑Attrition increase
- ↑Long-term disability claims
Everything the programme knows, on one screen.
Utilisation is where most reporting stops. Here it's the starting point - alongside where people drop out of care, and how every layer of the care model is actually being used.
What Refill Foresight™ found -
ranked by what it's worth to fix.
Not a wall of charts to interpret. A prioritised list of what's actually costing the organisation something, each with the size of the opportunity and a confidence level attached.
Where most analytics platforms stop, Refill Insights™ keeps going.
A dashboard that ends at "here's the data" leaves the hardest work undone. Every insight arrives with a campaign already drafted - segmented, written and ready for you to review, approve and launch.
Every outcome resolves to one number.
Economic value created versus programme cost, broken across four modelled dimensions - with the formula and the assumptions shown, not hidden.
Every aggregate is engineered to be trustworthy.
A workforce mental health dashboard is only as valuable as employees trust it. Insights is built so the employer sees the patterns that matter - and never sees the individuals behind them.
What Refill Insights™ sees
What is never shared
The dashboard surfaces the data. A partner helps you act on it.

Common questions about Insights
Everything you need to know about data privacy, ROI credibility, and platform access.
A utilisation report tells you a programme is being used. It doesn't tell you whether the right people are using it, why a segment isn't converting, what to do about it, or what any of it returned. Refill Insights™ runs the full chain - data to summary to insight to campaign to measured outcome - and each stage feeds the next.
Access is role-based and configured during deployment - typically HR leadership, benefits owners and, where relevant, executive sponsors. Every role sees aggregated data only. There is no permission level, for anyone, that reveals an individual's records.
Value is modelled across four dimensions - presenteeism, attrition, absenteeism and healthcare - using assessment data, utilisation and published benchmarks, with the formula and assumptions shown on screen. Deliberately conservative: we removed the engagement component because it counted recovered productivity twice, and we apply no productivity multiplier. Value is attributed only to members with matched pre/post improvement. It's a modelled estimate, not audited financial reporting, and the methodology is open to your finance team.
Yes to both, within the privacy architecture. Aggregate views, QBR summaries and the ROI evidence package are exportable and yours to use in internal reporting. What can't be exported is anything that doesn't exist in the system - individual-level records.
No. Your organisation approves the message and the theme, but never sees audience identities. Campaigns are delivered by Refill Health, member consent is required, reporting is aggregated and anonymised, and cohorts under 15 are hidden.
Yes - workshop programming sits alongside campaigns in the action layer, with the same insight-driven recommendation logic. Refill Insights™ can suggest which workshops to run based on what the cohort data is showing.
Stop making mental health decisions without the system to act on them.
Refill Insights™ is the workforce mental health platform built for HR and benefits leaders who need more than utilisation reports. Schedule a working session and we'll walk the full chain - data, insight, campaign, outcome, return.
