Therapy, coaching, and tools that work in ninety seconds.
Feel better, faster. With a real plan - not a phone number and a list of names. All of it lives in Refill Hub™, your own private space
What you can expect
One place for all of it.
Refill Hub™ is your private dashboard. Everything you use, everyone you talk to, and everything you're working on lives here - and nobody from your workplace can see any of it.

Your progress
Help right now
Your progress is yours.
Most programmes measure you and show you nothing. In Refill Hub™ you see your own scores- the same ones your therapist sees. If something's improving, you'll know. If it isn't, you'll know that too, and so will the person responsible for changing the plan.
Three ways in. Use one, or all three.
You don't have to work out which one you need. Answer a short set of questions and you'll be matched - and you can change your mind at any point.
Tools & micro-learning
The fastest way in, and the only one that involves telling nobody at all.
- ✓90-second resets for a hard moment
- ✓3-minute recoveries between meetings
- ✓Themed packs - sleep, focus, stress
- ✓Micro-learning - short reads on what anxiety, low mood or burnout actually is, and what helps
Coaching
For when nothing's wrong exactly, but something needs to change - a role, a decision, a pattern you keep repeating.
- ✓Leadership and stepping into a new manager role
- ✓Career direction and transitions
- ✓Confidence, performance, communication
- ✓Work-life balance that isn't working
Therapy
For anxiety, low mood, burnout, grief, trauma, sleep - anything affecting how you live, not just how you work.
- ✓Anxiety, depression and burnout
- ✓Grief, trauma and difficult events
- ✓Sleep and substance concerns
- ✓Psychiatry referral if it's needed
You don't have to know what you need. Just say how you feel.
Nobody in a bad moment wants to browse a menu. So Refill Hub™ opens with one question - and the answer starts something immediately.
How are you feeling right now?
From "maybe I should" to sitting in the first session.
No brochure language. Here's the sequence, in the order you'd actually experience it.
One person who knows your whole story.
Mental healthcare usually means repeating yourself to a new person every time - new intake, new history, new explanation of why you're there. Here you get one guide who stays with you. Same human, start to finish.
- ✓Explains your screening in plain language, so a score isn't just a number you worry about
- ✓Talks through your match, and switches you without any awkwardness if it isn't working
- ✓Checks in between sessions to see how you're actually doing
- ✓Coordinates fast if something urgent happens
- ✓Stays with you the whole way - never rotated, never reassigned
- Master's-level training in psychology or counselling
- Crisis-intervention certified
- Trained across both therapy and coaching pathways
- Supervised by Refill Health's senior clinical leadership
- Assigned to you - not shared, not rotated

Every session follows a method.
Some counselling feels like a good conversation that goes nowhere. That happens when there's no plan behind it. Your therapist and your coach each work inside a proper system- one that remembers what you said last time, tracks whether you're getting better, and decides what to do next based on that.
Refill Notes™
The system your therapist works in. What it means for you:
- ✓They already know how your week went. Your check-in answers are in front of them before you start talking.
- ✓You never repeat yourself. Everything from last session is there - so session four picks up where session three ended.
- ✓The techniques are real ones. CBT, DBT and ACT - proven approaches, not whatever comes to mind.
- ✓You can both see if it's working. Your scores are tracked, so progress is a fact rather than a feeling.
RefillGrowth™
The system your coach works in. What it means for you:
- ✓You agree what you're working towards in the first session - written down, not left vague.
- ✓You review it properly partway through, so you find out if it's working while there's still time to change it.
- ✓Your coach is qualified, to the ICF standard - the global benchmark for professional coaching.
- ✓The sessions go somewhere. Structure is what stops coaching becoming a pleasant chat.
In plain terms: nobody is winging it.
You won't retell your history to someone who's forgotten it. You won't sit through a session that repeats one you've already had. And you won't have to guess whether any of it is helping - because it's measured before every session, and you can see it too.
Refill Health works differently.
Most people have had a wellbeing benefit they never touched. Usually for good reasons. Here's what's actually different.
Your family is covered too.

Your spouse or partner can activate their own confidential account - their own login, their own Refill Hub™, their own care plan, their own Care Navigator.
You don't see their sessions, and they don't see yours. Same clinicians, same standards, same continuity - just entirely separate.
- ✓Therapy with RCI-registered clinicians
- ✓Coaching with ICF-certified coaches
- ✓The full library of tools and micro-learning
- ✓Couples counselling, together
The things people want to know first.
We know that starting therapy or coaching can come with a lot of questions. Here is exactly how it works, how your privacy is protected, and what you can expect from your sessions.
Privacy
No - and not because we promise, but because the system is built so it isn't possible. Your employer sees how many people used the programme and whether wellbeing improved across the workforce. They never see your name, that you personally used it, anything you said in a session, your scores, who your therapist is, or which tools you opened. Reporting on any group small enough to identify you is suppressed entirely.
No. Your manager is never told. HR is never told. Nothing about your care enters any HR system, personnel file or performance record - not because a policy forbids it, but because the information never leaves the clinical side of the platform. There's one exception, and you should know it upfront: if you're in immediate danger, a clinician may act to keep you safe. That's a clinical decision under a documented protocol, and it still doesn't mean sharing your records with your employer.
Yes. The platform is ISO 27001 certified and DPDP-compliant. Clinical records sit separately from anything an employer can reach, and session notes are never transcribed into an HR system - no such connection exists.
Getting started
No. You don't tell anyone, you don't ask anyone, and nobody signs anything off. You activate your account and start. That's the whole process.
This is the most common reason people wait, and it's the wrong test. It's built for the ordinary stuff as much as the serious stuff - a bad few weeks, sleep that's gone wrong, a manager you dread, a decision you can't make. You don't have to be in crisis to qualify.
Then don't. The tools and micro-learning need no booking and no conversation - you can use them tonight without speaking to a single person. Some people just want to understand what's happening to them first, and the short reads do that. Plenty start there and never go further. That's a legitimate way to use this.
How it works
Say so, and you get someone else. No awkward explanation, no justification. Your Care Navigator handles the switch and your context travels with you - you never start over or retell your history.
You're matched on language, gender, specialism, format and availability. Tell your Navigator what you'd prefer and the match reflects it. Video, phone and in-person are all available depending on your location.
Most people don't. Sessions are booked around your schedule, including evenings, and the tools work in ninety seconds between meetings. Coaching engagements are goal-shaped and time-bound rather than open-ended.
Practical
Reach out immediately - through Refill Hub™, or by calling. A clinically trained person responds under a documented crisis protocol, day or night. You won't be put in a queue, and you won't be handed a list of numbers to ring yourself.
Access is tied to your employment, so it ends when you leave - but you won't be dropped mid-treatment. Your Care Navigator arranges a proper handover, including continuity with your clinician where that's possible.
You don't need a reason good enough. You just need to start.
No permission, no referral, no explaining yourself to anyone. Activating takes about a minute - and the tools work the moment you're in.
