Your campus mental health service, run end to end.
SAP+ is a complete clinical mental health programme for schools, colleges and universities.
Capabilities

Student mental health stopped being a moral responsibility and became an obligation.
In Sukdeb Saha v. State of Andhra Pradesh(2025), the Supreme Court directed a uniform mental health policy for India's higher educational institutions.
The UGC framework that followed sets out what institutions are expected to put in place - dedicated mental health and well-being centres, monitoring committees, round-the-clock helplines, staff training on a fixed cycle, mandatory career counselling, and referral partnerships where an institution cannot staff provision itself.
It also does something the sector hasn't seen before: it makes vice-chancellors and principals personally accountable for implementation. That is the difference between a policy document and a board-level decision.
The mandate, delivered.
What the framework asks for — and what SAP+ delivers.
Bring this to your registrar. Every obligation, mapped to the part of the programme that meets it.

Three ways to run it. All of them end to end.
Some institutions already employ counsellors and need them supported. Some need the whole service staffed. Most need both. SAP+ works either way - and in every case, one clinical structure is accountable for the outcome.
We support your counsellors
Your institution-employed counsellors keep their role - and finally get the professional infrastructure it requires. Most campus counsellors work alone: no supervision, no clinical peer, no escalation route. That is the real failure point.
- ✓Senior clinical supervision on a documented cadence
- ✓Specialist escalation beyond their scope
- ✓Refill Notes™ and RefillGrowth™ tooling
- ✓Refill Health Academy access
We staff your campus
We appoint RCI-registered counsellors onto your campus - recruited, credentialed, supervised and managed by Refill Health, working under our clinical governance. You get the provision without running the hiring, the supervision or the retention problem.
- ✓Full-time or scheduled days, scaled to enrolment
- ✓Child & adolescent trained, crisis-certified
- ✓Backed by the national clinical network behind them
- ✓We carry the clinical accountability
Both - your team and ours
Your counsellors and ours, operating as one clinical team under one supervision structure. The most common arrangement for larger campuses and multi-campus institutions.
- ✓One care pathway, one escalation route
- ✓Shared documentation and handovers
- ✓Scales up or down each academic year
- ✓No student falls between two systems
Three layers of care - because most students will never book a session.
A counselling room reaches the students who walk into it. SAP+ is built to reach the rest as well- with always-on tools, credentialed coaching, and clinical therapy when it's needed.
Self-care & micro-learning
Guided practices and short psychoeducation, available from day one - no booking, no counselling room, nobody to tell.
- ✓90-second resets before an exam or viva
- ✓3-minute recoveries between classes
- ✓Themed packs - sleep, focus, exam stress
- ✓Micro-learning on anxiety, low mood, burnout
Coaching
For direction, pressure and transition - where the need is developmental rather than clinical. Also how the career counselling obligation is met properly.
- ✓Career direction and course choice
- ✓Academic performance and study strategy
- ✓Transitions - school to college, campus to work
- ✓Peer leadership and life skills
Clinical therapy
For diagnosable conditions and clinically elevated symptoms, delivered by clinicians trained in child and adolescent mental health.
- ✓Anxiety, depression and exam-related distress
- ✓Trauma-informed approaches
- ✓Sleep, substance and self-harm presentations
- ✓Psychiatry referral where clinically indicated
Care that meets the student where they are - and stays until they're better.
Every student who engages with SAP+ moves through a structured pathway. No drop-offs. No silent waits. No "we'll get back to you."
One programme. Two legal realities.
A student turning 18 changes what the law permits and what parents may be told. SAP+ handles both - without an institution running two vendors or two platforms.

For under-18 students

For 18+ students
Outcome accountability should be standard in this category. So we made it ours.
Almost every provider in student mental health is paid the same whether students improve or not. We don't think that should be normal - so we put a portion of our fee behind the outcomes, and align our commercial interest with your students'.
A portion of our fee is at risk against agreed targets.
Outcome targets are set with your institution before launch, measured from a pre-deployment baseline using validated instruments, and reported quarterly. If we miss them, we don't keep the full fee.
Specific terms - which measures, what thresholds, how much is at risk - are agreed per institution and written into the contract, not asserted on a website. That is the point: a guarantee you can enforce, not a claim you have to trust.
What we're measured against.
Targets modelled from published clinical evidence, then measured for your cohort, reported quarterly, anonymised - and used to settle the guarantee.
What institutions ask us.
Implementing a new care program is a significant decision. Here are answers to the most common questions we receive from institutions about compliance, clinical models, and outcomes.
That's what it's built for. Every obligation in the framework maps to a component of the programme - clinical provision, external referral partnership, 24/7 crisis availability, staff training, career counselling and auditable documentation. We'll walk your registrar through the mapping line by line, and the evidence trail is designed to be produced on request.
Whichever way suits you. We can support the counsellors you already employ with senior clinical supervision, specialist escalation, tooling and Academy access. We can appoint RCI-registered counsellors onto your campus - recruited, supervised and managed by us. Or both, operating as one clinical team under one supervision structure. In every model, we carry the clinical accountability.
Yes, and the consent model changes with age. For under-18s, parents act as Nominated Representative and parent notification is mandatory in a crisis. For 18+ students, consent sits with the student. The protocol is documented, and clinicians are trained on where the boundaries fall.
The institution never receives an individual student's clinical record - at any age. Institutional reporting is anonymised and cohort-level, with thresholds preventing small-cohort re-identification. Architecture is ISO 27001 certified and DPDP-compliant. The single exception is a life-safety situation, governed by documented protocol.
Yes, as a separate discipline with its own credentialing. ICF-certified coaches handle career direction, academic strategy, transitions and life skills - which is also how the career counselling obligation is met properly rather than informally. A coach who identifies clinical presentation escalates to the therapy track immediately.
Then we don't keep the full fee. A portion of our fee is placed at risk against outcome targets agreed with your institution before launch, measured from a pre-deployment baseline and settled against quarterly reporting. We take the commercial risk rather than asking you to take it on our word.
Deployment covers configuration, student communications, faculty briefing and baseline assessment. The baseline is sequenced before launch - it's what every later outcome and every guarantee is measured against. Timelines are confirmed in a scoping session.
The new standard for institutional mental health.
A full clinical programme, a compliance evidence trail, support for the counsellors you already employ — and outcomes we put our own fee behind. Book a working session and we'll map SAP+ against your obligations, campus by campus.
