Will my manager find out I'm using this?

No. Not your manager, not HR, not anyone in your reporting line. Your organisation sees how many managers are engaged overall — never who. Nothing from a session reaches a performance record, and this can't be used to assess you. It isn't a policy promise; the information never leaves the coaching side of the platform.

What if what I need is actually therapy?

Then you'll be told, honestly, and helped to get there. Your coach is trained to recognise when something is clinical rather than developmental. A Care Navigator arranges therapy with a registered clinician and you don't start over — and coaching can continue alongside if that helps.
