The strongest return in Indian workplace mental health.
Every employee gets a licensed clinician as their Care Navigator. That single decision is why utilisation, outcomes and return all move together - and why we're willing to put them in the contract.

Poor mental health costs Indian employers an estimated ₹1.1 lakh crore a year — 46% of it in lost concentration, 41% in attrition. Most of it never appears on a P&L. This shows your share of it.

We'll show the full calculation line by line — every assumption, every source, and how it changes once we're measuring your actual data.
How this is calculated.Projections use the published EAP industry economic framework (Attridge, Sharar & Lennox) with India-specific cost anchors: Aon 2025–26 attrition data, Deloitte India's ₹1.1 lakh crore workforce burden analysis, and Workplace Outcome Suite productivity benchmarks. Recovery is calculated only on employees who complete both a baseline and a follow-up clinical measurement — never on total headcount. Programme pricing is banded by salary profile, so the investment figure shown reflects the tier your workforce falls into; final pricing is scoped per organisation. These are modelled projections, not guarantees — and they are replaced by your own measured results at the twelve-month review.
A traditional EAP gives you a phone number. We give you a clinician.
Every employee is assigned a dedicated Care Navigator - a licensed clinician, not a call-centre agent. They stay with the employee from screening through recovery. This is the mechanism behind every number on this page.
- 01Screening
Clinical assessment identifies need and the right level of support - not a self-referral form.
- 02Care matching
The navigator interprets the result and routes to self-care, coaching, therapy or psychiatry.
- 03Active care
Therapy, coaching and self-care tools - with the navigator removing barriers before they become drop-off.
- 04Measurement
Progress tracked every two weeks. Deterioration triggers clinical review, not a quarterly report.
The difference isn't a better app. It's a named clinician who follows up when someone doesn't.
With Refill Health, you pay for results.
We are prepared to be measured on outcomes, and to carry the risk if we miss. No other position makes sense for a programme built on measurement.

Pay-for-results pricing
You pay for the care your employees actually receive, not for seats that go unused. A programme nobody uses costs you nothing - which is exactly the incentive an EAP should have.

Performance guarantees
Service fees are backed by contractual guarantees on utilisation, time to first appointment, and crisis response. Miss the standard, and fees are at risk.

Real-time reporting
Engagement, utilisation and outcome trends update continuously - not in a quarterly PDF. Anonymised, suppressed below safe group sizes, and always available.
Where a 4:1 projection actually comes from.
Our economic model is the EAP industry's published framework, calibrated against international outcome research and Indian cost data. It is built to land inside the evidence, not above it.
